Dr. Roskes has served as a consulting or testifying expert in psychiatry in numerous jurisdictions in Maryland, including the United States District Court in Baltimore, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore City and County, Carroll County, Dorchester County, Howard County, Montgomery County, Prince George's County, Queen Anne’s County, and Worcester County.

Dr. Roskes continues to teach and supervise trainees in psychiatry at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore, where he lectures on a variety of topics related to community and correctional psychiatry and where he coordinates the course in forensic psychiatry for third year residents.  In addition, begining in the Spring Semester of 2015, he will be a coinstructor in the Mental Disability Law seminar at the University of Maryland School of Law.
